SCULPT

High intensity. Fully connected.

Infrared-heated, athletic mat-based classes, designed to build deep, lasting tone. Set in a 85-90° room, sustained heat keeps your muscles primed for deeper activation and more controlled work. Move through long holds, controlled pulses, and rhythmic, intentional pacing. Light to medium weights, resistance bands, balls and blocks act as extensions of your body, not add-ons. Every movement connects and builds.

Kettlebell Power

Power rooted in control.

Non-heated strength training rooted in control. Heavy kettlebells, intentional tempo, and foundational weight-lifting movement patterns build muscle, stability, and confidence from the ground up. Deadlifts, hinges, presses, and carries are paired with controlled eccentric work, challenging you just as much on the way down as the way up. Focused, grounded, and built to last beyond the workout.

KEttlebell ENDURANCE

Strength that doesn’t quit.

Continuous, full-body work built around kettlebells and breath. Medium to heavy weights move through swings, pulls, and presses in rhythmic, repeatable conditioning sequences that build power and stamina. Set in an infrared-warmed room around 75–80°, enough to keep your body ready and responsive without slowing you down. Steady, challenging, and built to keep you moving.
