Yes, overflo is designed for first-timers and experienced movers alike. In every class, instructors offer clear guidance and options so you can move with confidence, no matter where you’re starting.
-
We keep it simple so you can focus on showing up. For strength, mindful recovery, and sculpt classes, bring water and a mat towel. For Lagree, bring grip socks, water, and a sweat towel.
We’ve partnered with Stakt, so mats are provided in every class. Mat towels are required, bring your own, rent one, or purchase at the studio.
Stakt mats offer a foldable design that provides built-in joint support, with extra cushioning where you need it. They are functional, elevated, and designed to meet you where you are, so you can move comfortably and stay focused.
Prefer your own mat? Bring it. Otherwise, we’ve got you covered.
-
You’re all set.
Mats are provided in every class, and you can purchase one if you want to take a piece of the studio home.
We offer mat towels for rent if you forget your own (your first class is on us), and towels for purchase as well, designed with Stakt’s grip and moisture-absorbing technology.
Need anything else? We’ve got you covered with curated retail, stocked showers, and water for purchase.

Consistency, care, and intention, every time you step into the room.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to get settled and oriented. Every class opens with guided breath and intention, includes clear level options throughout, and ends with a moment to reset, with a cold eucalyptus towel to bring you back after heated classes.
You’ll also experience:
Fresh air and circulation when you need it.
Music that supports the experience, never overwhelms it.
Certified instructors who see you as an individual, not just part of the room.
-
You’ll always know where you are, but no two classes are identical. We follow a consistent approach so the experience feels grounded and familiar across our formats, while instructors bring their own authentic style, energy, and voice.
The structure stays steady. The expression stays human.
All instructors are certified in their formats and complete Drench's in-house training and continuing education to ensure a high-quality, thoughtful experience every time.
-
The details matter here.
Before class, after class, and beyond the studio, you’ll find:
Curated retail for real life - pieces you’ll actually use and wear.
Ice-cold hydration on demand with a dedicated ice machine.
Premium hair and skin care selected for heated classes and recovery.
Subtle aromatherapy throughout the space.
Private showers and bathrooms.
Cold-pressed juices and electrolyte-enhanced water.
Candles, aromatherapy, and recovery essentials to extend the reset.

We’re opening with intention. At launch, the schedule will be limited as we ramp up thoughtfully, giving our instructors, founder members, and community time to settle into the overflo rhythm.
By September, our full class calendar will be live and in regular rotation. We’ll continue to listen, adjust, and grow the schedule based on how the community moves.
-
Let’s be real, parking in the area can be challenging, and we get it. There are street spots available, parking alongside the building, and there are also nearby garages.
We’re steps from the Light Rail and easily walkable from much of the neighborhood.
Give yourself a few extra minutes the first time. Once you know your rhythm, it gets easy. We have a 5 minute grace period for all classes.
-
We don’t offer on-site childcare, BUT as busy parents ourselves, we do design the schedule with real life in mind.
You’ll see 9:30 am and 10:00 am classes rotating, intentionally timed for post-drop-off mornings. Enough time to move, reset, and still make it back to the rest of your day feeling grounded and ready.
This space is designed to support busy lives, not add more stress.
