a state of being

Built on connection, intention, and the way we show up for ourselves and each other.

why we
built Overflo.

Three women and one man are exercising with dumbbells indoors, standing on one leg with the other leg lifted, smiling and facing each other.

We built Overflo because we couldn’t find a place that held all of it. The strength, the sweat, the stillness, the precision, the release. Everything that evolved us, all in one space, without having to piece it together across schedules, studios, and versions of ourselves. What we wanted wasn’t just variety. It was a connection and integration. A place where movement felt intentional, where the energy in the room mattered, and where you didn’t have to earn your way in.

Overflo is our answer to that. A space built with care, where people feel acknowledged, cared for, and part of something real. Where instructors are valued, community voices are lifted, and giving back is part of how we move. We believe you can push yourself and take care of yourself. That you can grow and stay grounded. That we can all show up, do the work, and rise together.

Two men with tattoos sit on a yoga mat in a room, with one holding into a kettlebell and a dumbbell placed on the floor.

Our values guide how we move, teach, connect, and care for one another, inside the studio and beyond.

For the community.

late fees that give back.

When life happens, and a late fee does too, half of that money goes back to local non-profits and community partners.

Hardship support when you need it.

The world can be heavy. If you lose your job, your next month is on us. We want you to know that when things get hard, you’re not alone here.

a thank you, built in.

We offer 15% off our non-founder memberships and retail for teachers, first responders, and veterans, because we believe care goes both ways.
